CYTEC Keytone Stripping
DRM was chosen to provide the stainless steel piping and electrical controls installation for this mission critical project.  All material joining had to be performed by certified welders with a mandate to randomly x-ray five percent of the joints.  Being a predominately outdoor project, special attention was paid to the electrical installation with insulation and isolation being major concerns.  Our project management teams insured task coordination between all contractors met timely completion dates.

CYTEC Plant Automation
With an aging DCS system, it was found that many of the operations could be controlled with a common, industrial PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) which would lengthening the life of the existing DCS.  CYTEC chose DRM to support this effort by helping to discover the correct PLC and remote I/O system, gather meantime between failure reports, and interfacing into operator controls.  We also included fiber-optics installation and DCS to PLC communications.
