Saturn Vacuum Skid
GM contracted DRM to build a vacuum generation skid for the Spring Hill facility.  This skid was used as a critical component in one of the Lost Foam processes.  Space limitations and the requirement for a large capacity chiller made this an unconventional request.  DRM along with Carrier Corporation was able to design a skid that could meet all of GM’s demanding criteria.  GM was so pleased with this skid they presented DRM with an award for superior achievement.  

Automotive RIM Systems
RIM or Reaction Injection Molding is the mixing of chemicals that react to form a shape or foam.  There are many uses for RIM systems but only a few manufacturers.  DRM is expert in the field of implementing RIM systems.  We build complete new RIM systems, re-apply existing systems, or take end-user preferred components to develop a customized solution.  We design and install ring lines, diverter stations, storage and day tank vessels.  We also develop automated load/unload and pour solutions.
