NISSAN FRAME OVEN UPGRADE Nissan wanted a complete electrical and combustion upgrade to their existing frame ovens. DRM met the challenge and worked with Nissan engineering to determine the best solution for performance, cost and available installation.
Completely re-engineered electrical controls and burner systems. First mid-state application of stepper controlled proportional control valves. Greatly improved heating profile while saving Natural Gas. Hold temperature within 2 degrees F of setpoint. Resulted in a cost savings initiative for Nissan corporate-wide.
