DRM designed and built all of the mezzanine platforms to house all high maintenance items for easy accessibility.

The robots were fitted with chemical lines to shoot Polyol and Isocynate for RIM (Reaction Injection Molding).

Two were fitted with chemical heads to “shoot” parts.

This early concept cell, generated in the FANUC RoboSim software, allowed DRM and DURA to model station cycle times, reach requirements and cell throughput before any machinery was purchased or completed final design. |
