Assembly Cells:  We develop application specific assembly cells based on client and manufactured item.  We take input product from mass storage containers and complete by packaging in shipping dunnage. 

We combine PLC control with robotics for a complete solution.  Many are built on a common platform to allow quicker setup and ease of move.

Dispense/Spray Cells:  We are well  known for our dispensing and spraying cells. 

Typical cells include robots for multiple patterns and a PLC with HMI for integration into existing plant systems and operator control.  Previous applications include; Foam-In-Place, Butyl, Primers and various adhesives.

Auto Baggers:  DRM has developed machines that will auto bag seat foams prior to shipment. 

Typical cells include barcode readers, printers with adhesive label tampers, and connectivity to plant inventory tracking systems.
